Biography
As eCRM Manager for Across, Christophe (°1983), is responsible for the implementation, evaluation and improvement of various pharma website initiatives at Janssen-Cilag EMEA. Activities include website-, usability- and search engine optimization, evaluating analytics, project and campaign management, and social media launches. Christophe has several years experience of maximising the potential of pharma-related websites, within the bounds of European regulation.
Before joining Across, Christophe worked as a web developer at the federal government where he launched several facilitating internal web projects, developing them from scratch. In his last six months as eCommunication Officer for the Belgium Customs, Christophe helped increasing the usability and functionality of their website which tripled the number of visitors in only a few months.
Holding a degree in Multimedia and Communication Technology with a specialization in web technology, Christophe is highly driven and is passionate about the Internet and its evolution.
