Biography
Hans-Fredrik (°1969) loves the question 'Why?' 'Why would anyone want to visit this site?' 'Why launch a site if we’re not sure we’ll get something out of it?' The question 'Why?' is key to both good strategy and user-centric design - subjects Hans-Fredrik is passionate about.
This passion has developed over the course of the 15 years or more that Hans-Fredrik has been working as consultant and project manager. He started his career in the automotive industry, working at Volvo as a project manager. In 1999 he moved however over to the Internet business as a consultant, project manager and account manager. His great passion for the Internet began much earlier though with the making of his first website in 1992. The days of xMosaic...
The Internet industry, with all its ups and downs, brought him to France in 2001. Initially he had no plans to stay but now, 10 years later, he's married to Carla and has two children. Aside from bringing him to France, the Internet also brought him to the Pharma Industry in which he's been working since 2002.
Hans-Fredrik was partner and director at the French office of Zestica, a groundbreaking healthcare web agency. At Zestica he managed, between 2002-2004, one of the probably first global eDetailing projects. 18 eDetailing projects in 9 countries.
He then went on to Framfab (now LBi), Europe's largest and most successful digital agency, to manage a large project within the ‘connecting for health’ project that supports physicians with evidence based treatment pathways . At Framfab he learnt a lot about user centric design and applied it to several successful pharma (and non-pharma) websites.
Tired of commuting to London he began to work freelance, only to find himself commuting to Manchester instead! As a freelancer he worked with projects ranging from business project management to pure eMarketing strategy, via advanced webanalytics and dashboards.
Hans-Fredrik has since 2010 been director for Across Health France, where he's been diving even deeper into his passion, developing eMarketing strategies, managing exiting projects, meeting interesting clients and much more.
