Biography
Marijke (°1984), a passionate interactive communications expert, took her first steps in CRM with a Belgian telecommunications operator. As a below-the-line specialist, she coordinated all forms online and offline direct and response-driven marketing actions. As a key component of a major general rebranding programme, she successfully planned and executed an e-mail migration project. At Across Health, Marijke is keen to leverage her FMCG direct marketing expertise for the Life Sciences industry, while staying on top of the best practices in this fast-evolving field.
Marijke holds a Masters degree in Communication Science from the University of Ghent. She selected this discipline to develop a better understanding of marketing and to specialize in innovative marketing. As a token of her creative mind set, she developed an online tool to measure brand personality based on the archetypes of Jung. This instrument is being used by a Dutch Brand Strategy consultancy - on to this very day.
