Biography
Mathieu (°1975) started his career in 1999 at Cap Gemini, diving directly into the heart of the Web, managing a 24/7 team at an Internet server farm. He quickly moved to position of Account Manager where he gained both customer relationship and sales skills.
In 2005 he joined RANBAXY- an Indian pharmaceutical company - as the IT Manager for France, where he implemented an ETMS from scratch. The challenge was to complete the project in less than 6 months. At the same time, he equipped the entire sales force with 3G in order for the company to be able to take on-the-spot pharmaceuticals orders. This not only increased their competitive advantage but also gave them a brand image as innovators.
Later, after gaining an MBA at the celebrated l'Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, he joined the Customer Marketing department at Bristol Myers Squibb. While there, he studied new technologies applicable to the pharmaceutical industry and specialized in Close Loop Marketing and eDetailing (Tablet, Remote, and Self detailing.)
In 2009 he joined the gold rush to the AppStore by founding a startup creating iPhone Apps. This was a rich experience that gave him the opportunity to experiment hands-on with digital marketing tools such as emailing and mobile advertising. Through this venture he became an expert on mobile marketing and app making.
Mathieu calls himself a geek because of his passion for new technologies, and the iPhone in particular. When not on a computer, his spare time is spent with his wife and two young boys.
