Biography
Caroline (1980) joined Across Technology to help its customers in their communications efforts. She brings a background both in audio-visual and PR-activities. After graduating in Communications and Marketing Management in Ghent, she added a postgraduate in International Communications to her education.
At production house Eyeworks and Roses Are Blue, she learnt all the tricks in the trade of pre-production, planning, budget control, guidance of candidates, planning and surveillance of post-production and sound editing. She also acquired some first experience in dealing with broadcasters and press, an experience that came in handy when she joined LVT Benelux PR as PR Account Manager.
At LVT Benelux PR she consulted mainly for IT and telecoms companies on press activities, working with both print and online media, bloggers and social media. She developed client briefings, reports, debriefings and set up and guided interviews. For some clients she acted as conversation manager, while crisis communication, market research and event organization no longer hold any secrets for her.
Communication has become Caroline’s second nature. In her own time, Caroline loves to travel to exotic destinations and she likes to immerse herself in reading, going to the movies, theatre or music performances, while she is also interested in both outdoors (snowboard, sailing) and indoors (pilates) sports activities.
