Liesbeth van Wezel

Liesbeth van Wezel (°1982) joined Across in 2010 as Project Manager and Consultant in Organizational Change Management.  She achieves results with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, facing challenges along the way using a pragmatic approach and gaining people’s commitment through dedication and clear communication.

 

Liesbeth holds a Master’s degree in Modern History and an additional Master’s in Business Communication. Her professional career started in 2006 with a project management function at a research company specialized in Customer Service Evaluation programs. Convinced of the importance of service quality, her interest in helping organizations change to improve their service towards both the external and internal customer grew. In 2007, Liesbeth became a change management consultant for service organizations.

 

At Kite Consultants, Liesbeth participated in change projects for IT organizations within the financial, utilities, healthcare, governmental, ICT and telecommunication market. Initially she contributed to projects from a communication point of view, setting up and implementing the accompanying communication plan, a vital aspect to the success of a transformation project.

 

Through participation in several IT transformation projects, Liesbeth expanded her expertise with Process and Organizational Design, as well as Business and IT alignment. She redesigned and implemented processes on an operational, tactical and strategic level; made processes and organizations compliant to quality norms and standards; developed cost efficient service improvement plans to meet business needs with impact on the organizational structure, culture, processes and governance; etc.
