Biography
Pieter grew up as part of a turning point generation regarding the affinity with IT at a young age. His passion for technology began when he washed his uncle’s car several times to earn two-colour Atari computer.
Pieter completed an MBA in International Business Management which fostered an appreciation for working in an international context. Besides his MBA, he holds a bachelor in IT as well as he followed several programs related to IT and process management. Through his various technical, organisational and sourcing projects, he developed another passion: the potential of technology enabled innovation in (large) organisations.
After having worked for more than five years at various positions inside an IT department, Pieter moved to the ‘other side’ where he was responsible for the European IT strategy of a business unit in a large multinational company.
In his spare time Pieter likes to sport, photography and a good glass of red wine preferably accompanied with fine food and friends.
