- The first part provides you with an insiders’ view on the world of online behaviour of patients and healthcare professionals, providing you with the insights to approach the online world with confidence.
The second slot allows participants to explore a selected number of tactics from our Innovation Toolbox.
The Innovation Toolbox includes:

- Social Media/Marketing

We will present a chosen number of tactics in depth to show how the tactics can be used in a tangible way forward within your company.
In the interactive morning session, attendees will participate in the Across Health eBusiness Survey.
The results will:
- be benchmarked against the industry-wide results
- show where your company stands in relation to the digital landscape.
In the afternoon session, participants will be broken into smaller groups and will develop and present an innovative multichannel plan to practice what they have learnt during the morning session.
The second part of the Gold Boot Camp is specifically designed for senior management. In a 2 hour executive coaching session, innovation experts Peter Hinssen and Fonny Schenck will present their vision on how pharma can navigate towards the new commercial model through the selective adoption of impactful innovative customer approaches.
