One of our key ambitions is to extend our leadership role to the United States, the largest multichannel market for life sciences. We already have a small team in place there and are now looking for a well-networked commercial leader with a strong background in (multichannel) sales and marketing in pharma in the US: Managing Director Across Health, United States
Job description
- Define & execute strategic positioning & service offerings for Across Health in US, based on global AH strengths and local needs.
- Develop & execute strategic account plan for the US market
- Lead a team of account managers, consultants and project managers
- Manage financials & profitability
- Provide account management and consulting services for key customers
- Maintain thought leadership and best practice sharing in the field of digital marketing and monitor best practices in other industries
Profile description
- 10+ years of experience in a life-science company, management consultancy or digital agency, in a commercial role
- In-depth experience in multichannel marketing in life sciences
- Strong network in the US pharmaceutical market
- Sound top & bottom-line management experience
- Outstanding team leader
- Knowledge of strategic marketing, CRM and customer centricity, and marketing/salesforce effectiveness are a plus
- Strong structured problem solving abilities and intellectual curiosity
- University graduate; MBA a plus
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual
- Ideally based in the New Jersey - New York area
