Profile description
- Have outstanding capabilities and great potential in one or more of the following areas: Digital strategy, Innovation and transformation; Information management (BI, document-, knowledge- and portal-strategy …); IT marketing and communication; Risk management; Portfolio management; Business-IT fusion
- Have the experience and skills to facilitate relationships between business and IT and help IT become a strategic asset for its customers (= business-IT fusion)
- Expected to be very communicative on all levels of management (up to C-level) and ready to become their trusted advisor
- Have the ability to influence various stakeholders when issues are complex and/or difficult and require diplomacy
- Key competencies: autonomy, flexibility, customer focus, empathy, pragmatism, result driven, problem analysis and judgment, influencing, commitment, courage and self confidence
- Key skills: project management, workshop facilitation and efficient use of Office and consultancy tools
- Minimal 7 to 10 years of proven hybrid professional experience, i.e. management and consulting or business and IT. Professional expertise in one or more of the sectors banking, energy, health or government is a plus
- Languages: Dutch, English, French
