Senior Manager Customer Intelligence and CRM analytics

Job description

  • Identify analytic and measurement services that we should offer our clients and develop the methodology for the identified services in the fields of web analytics (websites, campaigns, web advertising/SEM/SEO, surveys, …), CRM analytics (customer intelligence, predictive analytics,…), market research and dashboards
  • Measure and communicate ROI and effectiveness of programs or pilots
  • Maintain thought leadership and best practice sharing in the field of customer intelligence

Profile description

  • 5+ years of analytics or market research experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, OTC or FMCG, at an international/regional level
  • Alternatively, 5+ years experience as a consultant/agency representative to these industries
  • Strong background in e-marketing/e-sales and CRM
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing, lifecycle management, CRM and customer experience management, and marketing/salesforce effectiveness are a plus
  • Solid background in customer intelligence and dashboard approaches
  • Experience in identifying and developing research or analytic services for clients
  • Excellent quantitative skills and basic statistics skills
  • Strong interest in working at senior management levels.
  • Affinity with key ebusiness and CRM technologies
  • Strong structured problem solving abilities and intellectual curiosity;

  • University graduate; MBA a plus;
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual
  • Outstanding team player
  • Ideally based in Belgium, Holland, UK or Germany; willing to travel within Europe
