Budgets up, satisfaction flat – how is the digital landscape looking in 2017

We have just released the results from our 2017 Maturometer.

After five years of slow progress, it appears that companies have finally got onto the digital runway. Indeed, there has been a 20% uptick in digital marketing budgets. However, we see historic lows in satisfaction with digital and multichannel activities

We also took a look at new kinds of digital initiatives – particularly patient engagement and digital innovation. Results show that global and local have different views on their effectiveness and importance…
