As CRM project manager for ACROSS, Christophe (1983), is responsible for the implementation, evaluation and improvement of various healthcare website initiatives at Janssen-Cilag. Activities include website- and search engine optimization, usability testing, evaluating analytics, project- and campaign management.
Before joining ACROSS, Christophe worked as a web developer at the federal government where he launched several facilitating internal web projects, developing them from scratch. In his last six months as eCommunication Officer for the Belgium Customs, Christophe helped triple the number of visitors to their website.
Holding a degree in Multimedia and Communication Technology with a specialization in web technology, Christophe is highly driven and is passionate about the Internet and its evolution.
