Els joined Across as Office Manager in May 2006. Within this function she assisted the Managing Partners of Across in their daily activities and she took care of the overall administration of Across. As Els became more and more involved in the daily activities of Across, she started to assist in a number of projects for the healthcare sector and coordinated a number of projects for the banking sector.
Today Els is a fulltime Project Manager for Across Health, working for the Medical Education Department of Janssen-Cilag EMEA. On the one hand she supports the strict approval procedures of the Health Care Compliance process. On the other, she assists in the project management of the different educational symposia organized by this department. Indeed, every step taken during the organization of an educational symposium has to go through a strict approval procedure, and linking the Health Care Compliance support to the different aspects on the project management side offers unique opportunities to leverage her skills and expertise.
After having obtained her degree in Germanic languages, Els broadened her knowledge and skills through a postgraduate in International Marketing. Els combines a fluent knowledge of English with great practical and project management skills.
