New team members
Across Health continues to expand its global footprint, positioning it uniquely to design impactful global crosschannel strategy programmes while ensuring integrated local delivery.
- Our UK team is being strengthened with David Rafferty, a senior pharma marketer with Eli Lilly and in strategy consulting.
- Gareth Coady, a Brit living in Basel with a background in multichannel pharma communications, is joining our fast-growing Swiss office.
-
Our German office is strengthened with 2 key hires:
- Alexandra Trudnowski joins as a senior consultant; most recently she was head of Tribal DDB Health’s European Centre of Excellence and Vice President European Marketing for GSW Worldwide.
- Arne Plocher joins from Informa, where he was a crosschannel project manager focused on large-scale webconferencing programmes - In our Dutch team, we hired Manon Lejeune, a certified Google professional and online marketing expert.
We are also close to hiring a new MD for our existing US operations and expect to establish offices in Spain & Italy in Q1/Q2, while Brazil, Australia, Canada and Japan feature prominently in our longer-term planning. Last but not least, we continue to look for great crosschannel talent in our growing French, UK and Swiss office.
We are happy to discuss opportunities with entrepreneurial and knowledgeable “new normal” leaders to support our global expansion. If you know someone who may fit this profile, please ask them to contact me.
New projects
The type of projects we are working on confirms that pharma is finally starting to think beyond the “tick-the-box” website and is shifting towards “being clever with digital”.
Indeed, the move to “fusion sales” and “fusion medical” continues unabated, with 5 comprehensive new erep and eMSL projects in the last quarter, including strategy development, integrated execution, change management and impact assessment. And several sophisticated channel mix optimization programmes confirm the fast integration of crosschannel into the new go-to-market model.
In addition, international strategy development assignments for (pre)launch and growth brands are high on the agenda, as international marketers start to offer more digital framework support to the affiliates to optimize consistency, cost-effectiveness and time-to-market.
Some of our other recent projects include:
- Keynote and training assignments
- Interactive ipad dashboards for local/international digital initiatives
- Social and mobile strategy
- Self-service portal concept and execution
- Online landscape analyses
- Integrated search engine marketing strategy, execution and impact optimization
We want to thank our customers for their confidence and look forward to charting “The New Normal” in life sciences together with you!
