E-Speed

E-Speed

When I moved to the digital world back in the early 2000’s, we coined the term “e-speed” to illustrate our commitment to move much faster in the digital landscape than pharma typically does in the offline world.

At Across Health, 2009 undisputably passed by at “e-speed”. We got closely involved in many strategic, innovative and exciting projects and the year went by without most of us even noticing it. Indeed, the need to implement a new business model became quite acute in 2009 and in most cases, innovation in digital and customer-centricity were part and parcel of that strategy.

I guess that 2010 will be remembered as the year when we (finally!) reach the “tipping point”, in which companies dramatically change their commercial mix and will give digital the right prominence (10+%) – not on top of, but instead of existing channels.

At Across Health, we are ready to help you in this business transformation. During 2009, we expanded our knowledge base from 20 consultants to over 30 and recently expanded our regional footprint by setting up operations in the UK too.
I want to thank all our customers who helped us make 2009 into another “grand cru”. Enjoy your Christmas break and... may e-speed be with you in 2010!
