Alexandra Trudnowski
Alexandra (°1969) is an experienced (digital) marketer, who joined Across Health in January 2012 as Senior Consultant. Born and raised in Austria, Alexandra started her marketing career in 1992 after her qualification as fashion designer and a stay abroad in South Africa. While working, Alexandra studied journalism and communication at Salzburg University.
In 2000 Alexandra moved to Germany (Frankfurt) to work for consumer service agencies, where she operated internationally for large brand names like Coca-Cola (EU and RU), BMW, Lancôme, McDonald´s and Nestlé. During this time, she has accumulated a wealth of experience in various brand management disciplines, from classical advertising and strategic consulting/planning to digital marketing.
Six years ago, Alexandra turned her attention to healthcare - Rx and OTC - and moved to Munich. Her most important positions in pharma agencies included unit director at PBK Ideenreich, head of Tribal DDB Health’s “European Centre of Excellence” and Vice President European Marketing for GSW Worldwide, where she had the opportunity to work for some of the leading pharmaceutical companies like Novartis, MSD, Eli Lilly, Bayer Healthcare, GlaxoSmithKline and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
In her free time, Alexandra enjoys being a mum and wife and likes travelling and doing sports (running, scuba diving, snowboard and skiing).
