An (°1966) joined Across Health as a senior consult in October 2011. She holds university degrees in Pharmacy (RUG) & Business Economics (KUL).
Before joining Across Health, she accumulated over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry (Rx, OTC, OTx & nutraceuticals). An developed an in-depth knowledge of pharma brand management and communications. Focusing on effective sales & marketing strategies, she managed the launch of many products in Consumer Health Care and the development of new business units in several pharmaceutical companies and countries.
An is passionate about innovative marketing strategies & tactics in Consumer Health Care and the latest business models trends within life sciences.
At Across Health, she will focus on innovative communication strategies within Consumer Health Care towards the various target groups: consumers/patients, pharmacists & other healthcare providers (general practitioners, specialists …). She will support companies in shifting their marketing mix from classic offline marketing tactics to a fully integrated fusion marketing plan, with close attention to cost-effectiveness and impact.
In her spare time, An loves to listen to music & read books, she is learning to play the piano, and likes spending time with family and friends.
