During the last 10 years Claire has occupied various marketing and project/account management roles both client and agency side. She has held positions within the pharmaceutical companies Roche and Actelion as well as digital communication agencies such as McCann and Digitas.

Before joining Across Health, she most recently worked as Account Director, providing strategic input and coordinating project teams, for large, international accounts such as Nissan and the leading French retail bank, Crédit Agricole.

At Roche, she was responsible for defining and integrating digital initiatives into the French affiliate’s product promotion strategies. This involved developing online services to enhance the company’s relationship with healthcare providers. She also worked on multi-channel patient awareness campaigns, including a blog to encourage discussion around staying feminine whilst undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

Content strategy has always been an important part of her work for both pharma and non-pharma clients, with a strong accent on personalisation.

Claire is results-driven and likes to ensure that clear objectives and performance indicators are defined and tracked for each project she undertakes. She has led several task forces to ensure consistent measurement of KPIs, regular reporting and the review and revision of action plans.

She holds a degree in International Marketing and Communication & Multimedia. She is passionate about helping her clients seize business opportunities and manage challenges related to digital media. She lives in Paris and when not working she enjoys travelling, writing fiction and designing greetings cards and invitations.
