Veerle Claerhout
Veerle (°1981) is a Senior Consultant for Across Health. She has over 5 years experience supporting pharmaceuticals in sales and marketing related domains such as CRM, digital, multi-channel, customer analytics, etc.
She joins from Accenture, where she focused on helping pharmaceuticals defining and implementing their multi-channel go-to-market strategies. With experience as both a strategy consultant and a CRM and online launch consultant; she combines the high level strategic view with the practicalities of implementations in both pan-European and worldwide environments.
Her current responsibilities include the development and implementation of new business models; creating fusion across channels, departments and brands to optimize the customer experience for each target customer in a personalized way.
Veerle holds a university degree in Applied Economics and an MBA in Commercial Engineering from the University of Ghent.
