Delphine Brasseur (‘68) is a senior consultant with .Mach Media since October 2007. In these green times, she brings her environmental education and experience to customers active in the environmental industry or needing advice and assistance to cope with changes in environmental constraints.
Delphine started her professional life as an Environment, Health and Safety consultant. With Arthur D. Little, she worked for a broad range of industrial customers and for local and regional authorities. For the industry, she participated in large-scale pre-acquisition environmental due diligences, designed action, communication and crisis plans for companies faced with new environmental legislations and developed marketing and communication plans for customers having integrated sustainable features in their products or services. For the Walloon region, she coordinated the development of their five-year waste management plan.
Afterwards she joined Suez Environnement in their waste management company, Sita. She has been in charge of their recycling activities, ensuring long term partnerships with consumers of secondary raw materials in Europe as well as in China and the Middle East. As a member of the management team of Sita Belgium she became Key Accounts and Communications director. At that time, the focus was on the European approach to waste management for large industrial actors in the chemical and automotive sectors. In parallel, she handled the name change of the company towards Sita. During her three last years with Sita Belgium she was HR Director dealing with two successive important restructurings within Sita Belgium and Sita Environnement.
Wanting to experience entrepreneurship, Delphine started a publishing company in 2005. It specializes in gift books on subjects like Art of Living, Cooking, Parenting, Excentricities,… Her combined consulting and communications expertise makes her an important asset to any energy and/or environment strategy & execution program.
