A Senior Consultant at Mach Media, Sybylla Wales (°1970) is responsible for developing and managing high-impact B2B marketing communication programs. Her goal-oriented approach to planning, monitoring and delivery ensures the successful completion of diverse online and offline communications projects.
Where PR is concerned, Sybylla can be relied on to develop and implement innovative strategies to position companies as industry leaders, including regularly pitching editors on key initiatives and relevant stories.
For web-based research projects Sybylla applies a structured methodology and with her flair for the didactic, is engaged by clients to give research training sessions both in person and via web-conferencing.

Born in Kent, England, Sybylla moved to Belgium in 2001, initially combining her career as opera singer with that of freelance translator, editor and copywriter, working for a number of European television/video production houses and magazine publications. Her passion for writing, however, combined with the desire to work full time in a motivating, commercial environment led Sybylla, in 2006, to enjoy a two-year stint at a leading Belgian interactive agency as copywriter/account manager before joining the Mach Media team in 2008.
In her spare time Sybylla acts as English Language and Repertoire Consultant to singing students at the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles and can still occasionally be seen and heard in concert herself.
