New people at Across Technology: Dirk Matheussen

Across Technology welcomes the arrival of Dirk Matheussen as Director. Dirk Matheussen has worked in the IT-sector for over 25 years. After graduating as a Master in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ghent, he opted for a career in IT which brought him to companies such as Sycotex (a division of Barco Automation), Case Consult, marchFIRST and Certipost.

At these companies, Dirk Matheussen worked in a series of different functions, starting out as a software field engineer and a client/server consultant, but moving quickly into managerial functions as Chief Technology Officer, country manager, IT & Customer Service Director and interim CEO.

In the different phases of his career, Dirk acquired experience both in technical matters, managerial issues, change management and in managing large and complex projects and programs in complex technology driven organizations.

At Across Technology, Dirk focuses on finding innovative solutions to support customers in making their IT department agile, cheaper, faster and better aligned with business.
