HR & Change Management professional

Our projects focus on enhancing the IT effectiveness in the enterprise by putting strategic frameworks, best practices and organizational models in place. We increase the awareness on the potential of technology and develop business models to align IT & operational processes with the growth ambitions of the organisation.

These initiatives have a strong cultural change component and we are now looking for an HR & Change Management professional that can take the responsibility for developing and implementing cultural change programs across the IT or Technology organisation.

Whereas our IT strategy consultants will focus on the process and technology side, you will focus on the people side of change, offering creative and innovative solutions in the field of Learning and Development, Coaching, HR transformation, Cultural Change and Internal Communications.
You will be providing advice, information, training and support to managers and client teams on cultural issues like IT leadership, employee behaviour, "What's in it for me", engagement and development in order to bring the organisation to the desired tipping point for cultural change.

Other tasks might include a.o. Stakeholder impact analysis, training management, communications management, organisation redesign, process analysis and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading or supporting short term, high profile consulting engagements in the HR and communications domain
  • Developing and implementing new methods & frameworks for further internal alignment of IT organizations
  • Defining pragmatic and right-brain solutions to complex HR issues
  • Working together with senior management to obtain their buy-in and commitment for the proposed solutions
  • Collaborating with HR facilitators to ensure all training and change management practices are implemented successfully
  • Linking the business transformation initiatives to HR objectives and execute the underlying HR transformation roadmap

Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for a senior that understands the strategic role of HR in the IT organisation of today. You have affinity with concepts like social networks, collaboration, employer branding, leadership and Out-of-the box thinking.

  • Lateral, strategic Thinker, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Demonstrated experience with leading change programs and delivery
  • Project Management and high-level strategic experience
    Experience with complex Change Management initiatives & Training design and delivery
  • Understanding of how technology can help and support the HR function.
  • Human performance improvement
  • Experience in the following areas is also of interest:
    Performance Management, Knowledge Management, People Development, Culture and Behaviour Change and Employee Motivation.
