Responsibilities
• Identify burning platform for CRM for healthcare or financial services companies and/or identify major roadblocks to success for ongoing CRM initiatives
• Develop integrated customer strategies and tactics to maximize CRM value
• Oversee implementation of selected strategies or CRM pilots, assist in technology selection, and monitor progress
• Deliver effective change management and business alignment throughout the process
• Measure and communicate ROI and effectiveness of programs, continually improving efficiency and resource allocation
• Maintain thought leadership in a specific CRM discipline
Qualifications
• 5+ years of CRM experience, ideally in a marketing or sales environment and in the healthcare or FMCG industry -- and at an international level
• Alternatively, 5+ years experience as a consultant or agency-side manager/director to these industries
• Experience in direct marketing including strategy development, campaign design and execution, and metrics
• Knowledge of customer experience management, change management and marketing/salesforce effectiveness are a plus
• Background in digital or mobile CRM approaches is an asset
• Expert knowledge of customer segmentation and CRM best practices
• IT affinity
• Strong structured problem solving abilities and intellectual curiosity;
• Comfortable working at board and senior management levels, predominantly with business leaders and also with IT leadership.
• Superior quantitative, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• University graduate; MBA preferred
• Highly motivated and self-directed individual
• Outstanding team player and leader
• Ideally based in Belgium, Holland, UK or Germany; willing to travel within Europe
