Responsibilities
- Define ebusiness strategies at the global, regional, local and brand level
- Lead workshops to create, challenge and refine ebusiness vision statements, ebusiness roadmaps and web 2.0 strategies
- Implement digital marketing tactics and pilots (edetailing, websites, social media, webconferencing, online media planning…) with strong coordination and communication skills
- Measure and communicate ROI and effectiveness of programs or pilots
- Maintain thought leadership and best practice sharing in the field of digital marketing and monitor best practices in other industries
Qualifications
- Junior digital marketers: first experience in digital marketing, ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, OTC or FMCG -- or a strong interest in the field
- Senior digital marketers: 5+ years of experience in eCRM in life sciences or a management consultancy, ideally at the international level
- Knowledge of strategic marketing, lifecycle management, CRM and customer experience management, and marketing/salesforce effectiveness are a plus
- Strong interest in success metrics, web analytics and KPIs
- Experience in identifying and developing research services for clients
- Strong structured problem solving abilities and intellectual curiosity;
- University graduate; MBA a plus;
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.

- Ideally based in Belgium, Holland, France, UK, Germany or Switzerland; willing to travel within Europe
