Biography
Yue is an adaptable and enthusiastic team leader and motivator with project management experience in a wide range of areas. She has proven abilities to learn fast and take complex projects to a successful completion, and joins Across Health to embrace the “new normal” of digital and gain expertise in the cutting edge of pharmaceutical marketing.
Born and raised in north China, Yue has a B.S. in Biological Sciences from China Agricultural University in Beijing, and a Ph.D. in Molecular & Environmental Plant Sciences from Texas A&M University in USA. After completion of her education, Yue moved to Switzerland as a postdoctoral scientist in ETH Zurich. Yue also had years of experience as a medical interpreter for multiple pharmaceutical companies in China and Europe, before joining Across Health.
Yue is a passionate about health care, strategy and communications. She has expertise in marketing mix optimization and multichannel strategies for online & classic pharmaceutical marketing, as well as measuring the impact of “fusion” go-to-market strategies, using state-of-the-art dashboards and powerful KPIs.
In her spare time, Yue likes all kinds of sports and outdoor activities. She also likes to spend time in music, cooking and movies. She travels quite a lot and enjoys talking with her friends in Asia, North America and Europe, with hours of time difference being a true benefit.
